سياسة الخصوصية — Exmis
Exmis منصة أردنية لتداول الأدوية قريبة الانتهاء والفائضة بين الصيدليات ومستودعات الأدوية المرخّصة، مع خدمة توصيل. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها عبر الموقع exmis.net وتطبيق Exmis للهواتف، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها، وحقوقك تجاهها.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، اسم المستخدم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور (مخزّنة مشفّرة بخوارزمية تجزئة ولا يمكن قراءتها).
- بيانات التحقق من المنشأة: اسم الصيدلية/المستودع، أرقام التراخيص والسجل التجاري والرقم الضريبي، أسماء وأرقام الهوية الوطنية وأرقام هواتف المالك والصيدلي المسؤول، وصور الوثائق الرسمية التي ترفعها عند التسجيل.
- الموقع: عنوان المنشأة وإحداثياتها (خط الطول والعرض) عند تثبيتها على الخريطة أثناء التسجيل. نطلب إذن الموقع فقط عند ضغطك على زر تحديد الموقع، ولا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية.
- الصور والمحتوى: صورة الملف الشخصي، وصور الإعلانات وبيانات المنتجات التي تنشرها، والرسائل المتبادلة مع إدارة المنصة.
- بيانات المعاملات: السلة، الطلبات، المبيعات، الحسابات الآجلة، وطلبات التوصيل.
- البيانات التقنية: عنوان IP وتوقيت الطلبات لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
البصمة / Face ID: يتم التحقق منها بالكامل داخل جهازك عبر نظام التشغيل، ولا نستلم أو نخزّن أي بيانات حيوية.
2. كيف نستخدم البيانات
- إنشاء الحساب والتحقق من أن المنشأة مرخّصة قبل تفعيلها.
- عرض الإعلانات وتنفيذ الطلبات والتوصيل وحساب المسافات ورسوم التوصيل.
- إرسال الإشعارات داخل التطبيق ورسائل البريد (مثل رمز استعادة كلمة المرور).
- حماية المنصة ومنع الاحتيال والالتزام بالمتطلبات القانونية.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى. لا يحتوي التطبيق على أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات من طرف ثالث.
3. مشاركة البيانات
- مع الأطراف في الطلب: اسم المنشأة وعنوانها وهاتفها يظهر للبائع/المشتري وشركة التوصيل لتنفيذ الطلب فقط.
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim: عند تحديد العنوان على الخريطة تُرسل الإحداثيات أو نص العنوان لتحويلها إلى عنوان، وتُحمّل صور الخرائط من خوادمها.
- Google Fonts: يتم تحميل الخطوط من خوادم Google.
- خرائط Google: تُفتح فقط عند ضغطك على رابط الاتجاهات خارج التطبيق.
- الجهات الرسمية: عند وجود طلب قانوني ملزم.
4. الحماية والتخزين
تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر HTTPS، وتُخزّن وثائق التحقق وصور الملف الشخصي على خوادمنا مشفّرة (AES-256-GCM)، والوصول إلى الوثائق مقصور على صاحب الحساب وإدارة المنصة. صور الإعلانات عامة لأنها معروضة للمشترين.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ وحذف الحساب
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك فعّال. يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب (أو من هذه الصفحة). عند الحذف نزيل فوراً بيانات الحساب، والوثائق، والصور، والإعلانات، والرسائل، والسلة، والمفضلة، والإشعارات، وجلسات الدخول. سجلات الطلبات المكتملة التي تخص أطرافاً أخرى تبقى للأغراض المحاسبية والقانونية بعد إزالة اسمك وبيانات التواصل منها (مجهولة الهوية).
6. حقوقك
يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها، وسحب أذونات الموقع والصور في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز.
7. الأطفال
المنصة مخصّصة للمنشآت الدوائية المرخّصة وليست موجّهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً.

Privacy Policy — Exmis
Exmis is a Jordanian platform where licensed pharmacies and drug warehouses trade near-expiry and surplus medicines, with a delivery service. This policy explains what data we collect through exmis.net and the Exmis mobile app, how we use and protect it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, username, email, phone number and password (stored as a one-way hash).
- Business verification data: pharmacy/warehouse name, license, commercial-registration and tax numbers, names, national ID numbers and phone numbers of the owner and responsible pharmacist, and the official documents you upload at registration.
- Location: your business address and coordinates when you pin it on the map during registration. Location permission is requested only when you tap the locate button; we never track location in the background.
- Photos and content: profile photo, ad photos and product details you publish, and messages with the platform administration.
- Transaction data: cart, orders, sales, credit accounts and delivery jobs.
- Technical data: IP address and request times, for security and abuse prevention.
Face ID / fingerprint: verified entirely on your device by the operating system. We never receive or store biometric data.
2. How we use data
- To create your account and verify the business is licensed before activation.
- To show listings, fulfil orders and deliveries, and compute distances and delivery fees.
- To send in-app notifications and emails (such as password-reset codes).
- To secure the platform, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or track you across other apps or websites. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
3. Sharing
- Order parties: business name, address and phone are shown to the seller/buyer and the delivery company only to fulfil an order.
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim: coordinates or address text are sent to convert them into an address, and map tiles are loaded from their servers.
- Google Fonts: fonts are downloaded from Google servers.
- Google Maps: opened only when you tap a directions link, outside the app.
- Authorities: when required by a binding legal request.
4. Security and storage
All data is transferred over HTTPS. Verification documents and profile photos are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our servers, and documents are accessible only to the account owner and platform administrators. Listing photos are public because they are shown to buyers.
5. Retention and account deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account inside the app: Settings → Delete account (or see this page). Deletion immediately removes your account data, documents, photos, listings, messages, cart, favorites, notifications and sessions. Completed order records involving other parties are kept for accounting and legal purposes with your name and contact details removed (anonymized).
6. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data, and revoke location and photo permissions at any time in your device settings.
7. Children
The platform is intended for licensed pharmaceutical businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
